Smooth Fitness, a manufacturer of home fitness equipment based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, has been out of business since December 2012. The company was acquired by ICON Fitness, one of the largest manufacturers of fitness equipment, and is now under their umbrella. The brand experienced business issues when it closed its doors in December 2012, but quickly returned to being owned by new owners with deep pockets.

Smooth Fitness LLC is no longer in business as of November 2014, having been foreclosed by its bank. The company’s website, Siena, also lists Smooth Fitness as one of the top online retailers of home fitness equipment in the US. However, the company has not been contacted by Smooth Fitness.
